LTR- Sunday Clinic Feb 16th Highlights and photos

It started out raining then it stopped when we were on the lake...with refresher drills like legs only, legs and arms on the ergs with Taryn and then a demo on squaring and feathering...we were out on the lake...thank you to the Capital Crew Masters who cox and volunteered to row
