As we head into fall, our Tuesday and Thursday evening coached rowing sessions are moving indoors to the Erg Loft! While we’re taking a break from evening rows on the water, we’ll keep building our rowing fitness with coached erg sessions starting at 6:30 PM every Tuesday and Thursday effective October 27th. The Head of the American Regatta marked the final race of the year, beautifully hosted by the Sacramento State Aquatic Center at our stunning Lake Natoma.
