The final regatta of the 2025 season — the Head of the American —  was hosted by the Sacramento State Aquatic Center  on beautiful Lake Natoma , bringing together high school, collegiate, and masters rowing programs. Capital Crew Masters  had an incredible showing, earning 3 GOLD , 3 SILVER , and 1 BRONZE ! The day was exhilarating — filled with camaraderie, determination, and the true spirit of teamwork.
