Eight brave new rowers joined us August 3–6 for four days of learning, laughing, rowing—and probably discovering a few muscles they didn’t know they had! 😄

From having zero rowing experience on Day 1 to rowing by sixes, backing, turning, and adding in/dropping out by Day 4…WOW! Their progress was impressive, but their enthusiasm and positive attitudes were even better.

A huge THANK YOU to Dee Stayner for coxing, Coach DeDe for leading an amazing class, and all of our wonderful Master rowers who volunteered their time to help.

We hope this isn’t goodbye—we hope to see these new rowers back in our boats soon! 💙🚣‍♀️
