We had a effective workout, coached by Sebastian, a warm up then 4 min intervals hitting up to 30 strokes on some of them, tapered down...

There will be coached ERG sessions from 9 to 10 am in the loft on both Saturday and Sunday April 20 and 21. Come and get a good workout....
