Erg Session Offerings for Winter and through February 2026

During Winter Hours at the Sacramento State Aquatic Center (through February) the following group merging sessions are being offered to all affiliates and members of the public who pay a $35 monthly fee and complete an SSAC waiver:

• Monday 7:00 - 8:00am : Steady state

• Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-7:30pm : coached masters team practice

• Saturday 9:30 - 10:30am : Technique & learn to erg

Beginning January 2026 Sebastian Cohn will hold a monthly “Concept 2 rankable piece” session open to any affiliates on the second Sunday of each month at 8:00am. These will begin at 100m and extend to longer events each month. Rankable distances and results can be found on the Concept 2 Logbook.
