Need some motivation while you ERG during AC shutdown?

Do you have access to an ERG during AC shutdown? Want to stay on your fitness regimen during the holidays? We have a regularly scheduled ERG session from 6-7 pm on Monday and Wednesday. Dial in if you want company for a group workout. We will not meet December 25 or Jan 1.
