Erging Our way to Beanie Glory - Finishing Strong at 2025 Erg Session Wrap Up

Our annual tradition for the final Erg session of 2025 did not disappoint! 💪🚣‍♀️🚣‍♂️

Seven teams of three—balanced across gender and age—took on the challenge of completing 12,000 meters, with each member rowing between 300 and 600 meters. The teamwork, the energy, and the laughter made it such a fun way to wrap up the year.

Our reward? A beautifully crocheted beanie, handmade with love by our dedicated coach, DeDe Birch. 🧶❤️
