Intro to Coached ERG Sessions starts 1/13/24

We are setting up a 9:00 AM Saturday/Sunday practice times for coached ERG sessions on January 13-14 and 20-21. This is the start of our learn to row and masters recruiting for 2024. This is a good time to introduce your friends to the sport. Also, there are a number of Row House folks (their local franchise has closed down) that want to find a group erging program and maybe even venture on the H2O. Come row, volunteer or get some technical pointers. Coffee at Starbucks post workout.

Cost for a non-affiliates is $15 for a one-time session or $35/month of January. The monthly rate will include the 6pm coached sessions on Tuesday and Thursday.
